A Virtual Assistant is a remote contractor who replaces/assists your in-person employee. A Virtual Assistant is your go-to person who manages your everyday tasks and allows you to focus on families, networking, and relaxing. 

Adriana will work with funeral establishments so they can focus on planning a more personalized and seamless service. As a funeral director and celebrant, Adriana is experienced with the day-to-day activities of a funeral home. Flexible, transparent, and personal, Adriana will provide professional, courteous, and excellent service to funeral homes and families. 

 

Adriana will communicate with NOK, funeral homes, doctors, or other professionals with ease and efficiency.  Whether you are busy with a family, at a service, or enjoying some downtime, she can assist funeral homes with ease and confidence - building a trusting relationship. 

 

A ringing phone means business - unless the calls are not answered by a live person! Trained to answer the phones exactly the way your in-house Receptionist would - office hours, location, obituary information, or service details. Glassdoor reports that the average salary for a receptionist is $30,000 per year! Hiring a Virtual Receptionist will save your company money and time. 

 

Don't want to be bothered by non-urgent calls? No problem.  Funeral establishments have the option to forward calls to my personal cell phone or company phone.  Let us know what calls are low priority, and we'll hold them until the next business day or email them to you. Our services range from full 24-hour coverage to as little as one-call-a-day or one-hour-a-day service to relieve your in-house receptionist during lunch hour. Whether you need regular, year-round telephone coverage or simply require a bit of extra help during busy periods when call volume is high, Adriana is available to meet all your telephone answering needs. 

 

 

Adriana will be in constant contact with the next of kin and any additional family allowing the funeral director to make fewer calls. Adriana will always inform the next of kin of the current status to allow for a transparent process and eliminate escalating situations.
 

This will include: providing a proactive and timely service, proof of death certificates prior to filing to ensure accuracy and have next of kin confirm stats, complying with state and federal laws, complying with established company rules and regulations by ensuring that documentation to support the disposition of remains are complete, accurate, and filed, stay updated on changes from coroners’ offices, physicians, state and county health departments.

  • Work with doctors, coroners, and the state 

  • Ensure paperwork is filled accurately, working with the family to correct inaccurate information.

  • Work methodically through the case until the death certificate is filed and registered with the state.

  • Identify problems and take corrective steps.

  • Build relationships with doctors, professionals, and others.

  • Be efficient in communications.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HIRING AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR IN FLORIDA?

This package is for funeral establishments in need of an occasional virtual receptionist, are new to having a virtual receptionist, or assist with simple tasks. Funeral establishments will be billed prior to services being rendered. There is no contract just a simple flat fee.  If you no longer want our services you can cancel at any time. 

Hourly

$20 per hour

*Unlimited minutes per month

This package is for funeral establishments in need of assistance on a daily basis, are short-staffed, or need help relieving the burden of mundane tasks. Funeral establishments will be billed at the end of each month using Clockify.  There is no contract, if you no longer want our services you can cancel at any time.
